HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to hiring them. This role will involve identifying and hiring the best talent for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Responsible for screening potentially qualified candidates. This will include reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
Responsible for conducting face-to-face interviews with candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and managing the candidate till the onboarding process.
Responsible for ensuring that all recruitment records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or any related field
A minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting for a corporate organization.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent organization and Time Management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
