Job description
• Directly reports to the HR Officer/HR Manager & Managing Director.
• Responsible for end to end recruitment process.
• Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews.
• Perform initial screening and interview, test administration and recommendation of candidates such as / for: On the job trainee / Reliever and Regular Deployment.
• Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles.
• Negotiate salary and benefit issues with job candidates.
• Presenting qualified-candidates to requesting department or client for final interview.
• Prepares pre-employment requirements.
• Conduct field works for recruitment and attend job fairs.
• Explore other sources, channels and means for efficient and effective manpower sourcing.
• Assisting in day to day efficient operation of the department.
Job Qualifications
College Graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology
With at least 1 year experience in Recruitment
Amenable to work in Ermita, Manila
