Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, or any relevant degree
Proven track record in talent acquisition, or similar experience with excellent communication skills
Experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring is a plus
Preferably with experience in recruiting for supervisory up level
Experience in End to End recruitment, sourcing, interviewing and on boarding
Strong administrative and critical thinking skills. Keen to details
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Willing to travel for out sourcing applicants
Good understanding of labor legislation
Strong inter-personal skills
Willing to be assigned in Cebu or Davao
Can start immediately
