JOB DESCRIPTION
Effectively plan manpower resources and recruitment costs to meet the business needs.
Sources candidates for vacant positions using various sourcing strategies to ensure an adequate pool of candidates are given to requisitioning units for screening (Tellers, Money Sorters, Cash Loaders, Admin Staff and Blue-Collar)
Lead and create a recruitment calendar to meet the hiring needs.
Analyze and present ongoing reports after tracking the results from the recruitment metrics.
Identify trends and adjust the recruitment strategies to optimize the impact of the recruitment team and improve decision-making, strategies, and recruitment procedures.
Works closely with the HR team leaders to regularly provide insights and programs that affect the business inclusive of training, internal movement, career-path creation, and so forth.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Human Resources/BS Psychology or any related course
- With at least 2 yrs experience in recruitment
- Computer Literate
- Will be responsible for hiring skilled workers, security personnel, and back office positions
- Sets up and schedules complicated meetings for interviewees, hiring managers, employees, and department heads
- Willing to do field work as assigned
