Qualifications:
1. Communication
Expresses information both written and verbal in a clear and concise manner especially to Hiring Managers and external customers
2. Relationship Building
Proactively develops rapport and influences hiring manager and team on all hiring decisions according to company's strategic objectives
Win-win negotiator
3. Planning and Organizing
Works to a set sequencing and scheduling
Completes set output based on agreed timeframe
Translates objective to specific plans to attract potential candidates
Completes and monitors record keeping of documents
4. Assessment
Understands real job needs
Accurate and analytical interviewer
5. Work/Educational Experience
Preferably a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource related courses
At least 3 years work experience as HR Recruitment and Selection Officer preferably from retail or wholesale industry
