Description
-Coordinate with Team leader to identify hiring needs.
-Post job vacancies to different recruitment channels and social media.
-Screen and select resumes based on hiring requirements.
-Perform in-face and phone initial interviews.
-Make interview assessment.
- Endorse to a supervisor or the client for the final interview.
-Issue pre-employment requirements.
-Assist and follow up requirements on their requirements.
-Validate the requirements.
-Collate the requirements for the 201 File.
-Prepare the documents needed before the onboarding of candidates.
-Update the monitoring.
-Other tasks may be assigned by the team leader from time to time.
