JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Training Development and Recruitment Manager to devise our organizational training and recruitment strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. The HR for Training and Recruiment Manager, will identify training developmental and recruitment needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm.
The HR Training and Recruitment Managers work across many departments to get employees up to speed in both their specific vertical, and the overall needs of the company. The HR Training and Recruitment Managers often have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development and education.
The HR for Training and Recruitment Manager responsibilities include enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
Responsibilities
Identify and assess future and current training and recruitment needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
Draw an overall or individualized training development and recruitment plan that addresses needs and expectations
Deploy a wide variety of training and recruitment methods
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Monitor and evaluate training and recruitment program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Manage training and recruitment budget
Provide opportunities for ongoing development
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training and recruitment programs as necessary
Maintain a keen understanding of training and recruitment trends, developments and best practices
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements and skills
With 4-5 years proven work experience as a HR Training and Recruitment Manager
Has extensive track record in designing and executing successful trainings and recruitment programs
With diverse familiarity with traditional and modern training and recruitment methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, recruitment trends, recruitment platforms, strategies., etc)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training and recruitment manuals
Good computer and database skills
BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field
