HR RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING ASSOCIATE
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Request Personnel Requisition Form (PRF) number from Corp HR for online job posting.
Oversee end-to-end process of recruitment:
Weekly submission of recruitment report.
Update 201 files and HRIS
Conduct Background check to shortlisted applicant.
Payroll
Generate attendance.
Timekeeping. Checking if DTR reflects attendance.
Provide and monitor biometric number to new employees.
Employee Relations
Provide monthly attendance and Punctuality/Late report.
Encode and monitor loans (SSS, PAGIBIG, Company Loans)
Provide monthly loan balance as required.
Monitor and issue inquiry notices and memos to employees with sanction.
Plan and prepare employee engagement activities.
Training
Liaising with supervisors/managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify
and assess training and development needs.
Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.
Assessing training programs.
Qualifications:
A graduate of BS Psychology, or equivalent
With one (1) to two (2) years experience in Recruitment, Payroll/Timekeeping, Training.
With prior experience in Training is an advantage
Can multitask and detailed oriented
Strong Leadership/ Personality
Good communication skills
