Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates
Endorse qualified candidates to the requesting entity
Advertise job openings thru all job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates
Updating applicant tracking system and resumes databases
Perform other duties as required
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the field of recruitment
Good interpersonal and time management skills
Can work effectively in diverse team
Persistent, flexible, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
Proficient in MS Office working tools
Can work under extreme pressure
Willing to work at Cainta Rizal
Can start as soon as possible
