What are the expected responsibilities?
The Corporate HR Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating a cross-functional team in designing, developing, and deploying employee experience solutions, including HR digitalization (e.g. initiatives developed via ServiceNow, Darwinbox, Qualtrics, and other platforms related to Human Capital Management) to provide a seamless experience for employees on key moments that matter.
Work with Employee Experience and Engagement team members and internal stakeholders to:
Plan and coordinate the rollout of HR platforms in line with the needs of internal stakeholders
Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in the HR platform/application for HR and employees
Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the HR platforms
Manage testing activities of HR platform developments and enhancements
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues
Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation and platform adoption meets performance targets.
Requirements
What are the requirements?
Graduate of Business-related or Human Resources courses; or any related degree
Must have experience related to project management and/or HR digitalization
