Responsibilities Assist in all processes linked to personnel administration and keep individual personnel files up-to-date Help coordinate the benefits disbursement and reimbursement process of the entity Co-handle the fleet card management of the entity Co-handle the wellness initiatives of the entity Provide support and assistance to the Total Rewards team Carry out tasks in accordance with L'Or al's values as well as the entity's Share & Care program Qualifications An undergraduate with a highly preferred degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related Displays sensitivity to L'Or al's 'Metier' Has appreciation or passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry Possesses excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and oral Driven, proactive, energetic and detail-oriented
