The HR People Administration and Services Analyst has the role of coordinating the administrative tasks within the company and ensuring the legal application of all the procedures, processes, and documentation of human resources administration.

Within your role, you will:
Be responsible for ensuring the proactive development, deployment, and maintenance of the Human Resources strategies, policies, and practices inside the company.
Assist in all Human Resources sections such as, but not limited to, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Labor Relations, Personnel Movements, etc.
Work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting the management to understand and implement HR policies and procedures;
Plan and organize the own tasks with responsibility, rigorousness, and adaptability based on the prior qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Human Resources Manager
Perform HR-related tasks in line with the job holder's capabilities as requested by the HR Manager
What will make you successful for the role:
B2 spoken and written English
MS Office proficiency
Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Human Resources, or any related fields
1-2-year technical experience as an HR Generalist (Labor Relations, Comp&Ben, Payroll, Onboarding & Hiring, Personnel Movements) is an advantage
Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
