Job Qualifications
 
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional training or certification in Payroll Administration, Labor Relations, or HRIS is an advantage.
Work Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in HR or payroll operations, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
Experience handling project-based employees, timekeeping from field sites, and multi-location payroll processing is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Knowledgeable in payroll systems or HRIS software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR).
Skilled in wage computation, overtime and allowance calculations, and government remittance preparation.
Core Competencies:
High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll computation and data entry.
Strong organizational and time management skills, especially during multiple project payroll deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with site administrators and accounting departments.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Can work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced, field-oriented environments.
