Job Qualifications:
• Has good knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations in the field (DOLE standards), as well as processes for government-mandated taxes and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
• Can independently run and process payroll for 50-80 employees or more
• Has a good grasp of excel formulas and data validation
• Basic knowledge of payroll software is an advantage
• Has a sense of urgency, confidentiality and priority management skills
• Good problem-solving, analytical and planning skills
• Knowledge in Sprout system in an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Amenable to work in Pampanga
• College graduate in Accountancy, Finance, or any related courses
Job Description:
• Monthly payroll processing and reconciliation & data entry of timesheets in payroll software or manual.
• Updating records for staff leave salary and maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
• Payroll costing schedule and posting
• Reconcile staff advance and loans monthly
• Updating gratuity or separation pay schedule as required
• Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets and calculating employee work hours, benefits, and deductions accurately
• Preparing employee compensation checks or bank transfer arrangements
• Manage and comply faithfully with all payroll regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements
• Develop subject matter expertise on Philippine payroll and HR
• Review and suggest upgrades or revisions in the payroll software from time to time to improve productivity and reporting.
• Complete tasks and other accounting duties as required
• In charged in DOLE Compliance, Employee dispute and Disciplinary procedure/s
• Assisting in recruitment of manpower when necessary
• Any other Ad-hoc duties and reports related to payroll and HR
