REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or BS Business Administration
Knowledgeable with payroll system such as Integra
At least 2-3 year/s experience in end-to-end payroll processing
Exposed in all facets of HR
Must be knowledgeable in Timekeeping and Payroll facets
Strong leadership skills and team player
Possess good communication skills
Computer literate
Willing to work in Biñan, Laguna

JOB DUTIES:
1. Play a role in Time Keeping and Compensation
2. Prepares reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
3. Calculates employee mandatory contribution (SSS, HDMF and Philhealth)
4. Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process.
5. Prepares and ensure accuracy of monthly report of manpower headcount, manhour and manhour overtime.
