Represent the company in attending hearings and other meetings related to labor
Build a good relationship with affiliated labor group/s
Orient new and existing employees of the Company Code of Conduct and Discipline
Assist the immediate superiors in preparing/drafting of all legal documents
Performs other tasks given by the immediate superior
