Job Scope:
Responsible for providing technical support in designing, developing, and implementing organizational development programs and initiatives that supports alignment of strategy, structure, people, rewards, and management processes.
This includes data gathering of relevant information from various sources and involves conducting assessment and monitoring of the progress and impact of program implementation. 
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree on Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences or other relevant field. 
With at least 2 years of relevant work experience
