About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and employee-focused HR Operations team member to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day HR processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining data accuracy, supporting compliance, and enhancing the overall employee experience across the employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities 1. Employee Lifecycle ManagementSupport onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, and employee movements.Ensure timely completion of documentation and system updates. 2. HR Systems & Data ManagementMaintain and update employee records in HRIS/HRMS systems.Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for audits and internal tracking. 3. Payroll & Benefits CoordinationCollaborate with payroll teams to validate and process employee data.Assist in the administration of employee benefits and related queries. 4. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all HR activities comply with local labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.Support in organizing and maintaining digital and physical HR files. 5. HR Policy & SOP SupportHelp implement and communicate HR policies, standard operating procedures, and updates to employees.Educate employees and managers on HR process flows and documentation needs. 6. Employee Support & Query ResolutionProvide first-level support on employee queries related to leave, payroll, benefits, and HR policies.Ensure timely and professional resolution or escalation of employee concerns. 7. Cross-Team CollaborationCoordinate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Business HR, and external vendors as needed. 8. Continuous ImprovementIdentify process bottlenecks or inefficiencies.Propose and support initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
