We are looking for an operations manager in our newly established laboratory in front of UM Matina Campus.
1. Graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resource or other health related field (as this is a health facility)
2. Preferably with experience in Human Resource manager or oeprations manager.
3. Experienced in implementing policies, procedures and leading 10-15 people.
4. With Leadership and communication skills.
Description summary: Recruitment, Manage personnel, Reporting to the shareholders, implement policies and procedures other job assigned.
