JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. With Experience in a multinational work environment
2. At Least 3 years experienced in the Online Shopping/Manning/Logistic Industry
3. At Least 3 years experience handling Crewing/Manning (HR).
4. Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
5. Would be better to hold a Management Level Certificate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage task list (daily, weekly, monthly).
2. Ensures that the Operations teams operate efficiently according to client and company measures.
3. Oversees the identification of problems or issues in processes and implements solutions.
4. Ensures that all operational requirements are being met, procedures are being followed and strategically improves the process.
5. Review, analyze data and formulate action plans to address performance gaps of the specialization.
6. Responsible for recruitment, personnel records and information systems, performance management and other activities involving employee relations.
7. Listen to employee concerns, handle investigation of employee issues and conflicts, and conduct proper disciplinary procedures.
8. Ensure all company practices comply with all local employment laws and other legal requirements.
9. Monitors performance evaluation and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
10. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
