WORK FROM THE COMFORTS OF YOUR HOME!*
*The HR OJT new hire is expected to work from home for the mean time due to COVID.
General Description: The HR OJT will be exposed mainly with the recruitment and records facet.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Assist recruitment team in hitting hiring targets
Think of creative ways to source applicants
Source and screen gathered leads
Reach out to qualified applicants via email, text, and call
Administer online aptitude exams to qualified applicants
Evaluate and interpret online aptitude exam results
Forward qualified applicants to Talent Acquisition (TA) Associates for further evaluation
Sit in during online initial interviews (with a possibility of doing initial interviews as well once performance is up to par with team expectations)
Making sure the database is up to date and accurate
Assist in collecting requirements of new hires
Other recruitment tasks the intern wishes to learn more about (this can be discussed in detail during the initial interview)
Other ad hoc tasks that the Senior TA Specialist would assign
Requirements:
Must be enrolled to an internship course or subject
Endorsement letter from school
Must have strong internet connection (at least 5MBPS) as everything will be done online from recruitment, training, and actual internship experience
Must be highly reliable and willing to be trained
Good English communication skills both oral and written
