Qualifications:
College Graduate preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
Knowledgeable in various HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relation & Engagement, Training & Development and other functions
Self-motivated, strong personality, results oriented, flexible, willing to work under pressure and with pleasant personality
