- Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA HRDM
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience in HR daily processes (e.g. recruitment and selection, government benefits' compliance mgt., implementing policies and procedures, employee engagement, labor relations, performance appraisal, and mgt., etc.)
- Willing to work 12 hours in a day
- Must have good supervisory skills
- Experience in proper disciplining of employees is a must
- Flexible, obedient, and with high-level initiative
- Willing to be assigned either in Guiguinto or Sta. Maria area
