Job Summary
Assist the Human Resources Manager in the implementation of policies and procedures related to acquisition, retention, training and development of the employees. The position also aims to help in the development of programs / initiatives that would enable the Human Resource Department to be a strategic partner of the employees and the organization in the achievement of set goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Education. College Degree holder preferably Psychology or Behavioral Science, or related course (HR Management, etc.)
Experience. Five (5) years' experience handling general HR, with focus on Recruitment and Training functions. Pays strong attention to details.
Skills. Computer literate (highly proficient in MS applications), Business Writing Skills, very good Interpersonal Skills; Oral and written communication skills in English
Values. Strong values of integrity, accountability/sense of ownership
