Description
Provide HR recruitment support on a day-to day basis to the project site and contribute to operational effectiveness of the HR function, while ensuring compliance to local and industry regulations
Coordinate with local Public Employment Service Office (PESO) on hiring of local employees
Responsible for onboarding of new hires and exit process of resigned employees
Participate in corporate wide programmes including the quarterly job grading process, performance management cycle and other initiatives as directed
Support all work pass and visa applications whenever necessary
Support HR administration including but not limited to the preparation of employment contacts and letters, e-filing of important communications and approvals, processing invoices and system data entry
Maintain accurate records pertaining to employees
Coordination of routine and non-routine trainings between staff and training providers
Attend to employee queries pertaining and directing them to the right contacts if required
Administration support in annual performance review for employees
Other duties as required
Requirements
Tertiary education qualifications in Administration, Business or Human Resource
Minimum of 3 years' experience in volume recruitment and handling end-to-end Employee Life Cycle, preferably prior experience working with a Main Contractor
Knowledge with demonstrated experience on local employment act and regulations, preferably within Batangas area
Self-confident and decisive
Attention to details and data integrity for information accuracy
Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
Able to commence work within short notice
Able to work on project site at Batangas
