Position: Office Secretary
Job Descriptions (HR Staff / Office Admin)
Assist in recruitment: posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
Prepare employee records, contracts, and orientation materials
Handle timekeeping, attendance, payroll support, and government contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR)
Support in employee relations, engagement activities, and compliance with company policies
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company records
Help with office tasks and support staff members as needed (calls, emails, filing, scheduling, and coordination)
Prepare, organize, and file office documents (digital and physical)
Assist management with administrative support and follow-up tasks
Perform other clerical and HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications (HR Staff / Office Admin)
College graduate (HR, Business Admin, or related course preferred)
With experience / Preferably 1-2 years in HR or office/admin work
Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and government requirements (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive/Sheets
Computer savvy and quick learner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Good time-management and multitasking skills
Can work with minimal supervision
Flexible and adaptable to different tasks
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
