-Provide emergency care and treatment to all employees. This includes first- aid, checking of vital signs, health interview, dispensing over-the-counter medicines. -Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
-Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise -Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace -Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Job Qualifications
Requirements:
-Active PRC Nursing license is required
-Preferably with at least 1-year industrial experience
-Skilled in MS Office and Windows based programs
-Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-Amendable to work on Graveyard Shift
