Job Description:
Provide emergency care and treatment to all employees. This includes first- aid, checking of vital signs, health interview, dispensing over-the-counter medicines.
Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Requirements:
Active PRC Nursing license is required
Preferably with at least 1-year industrial experience
Skilled in MS Office and Windows based programs
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Amendable to work on Graveyard Shift
