Job Description:
Ability to develop artwork, proofread, and provide creative support to different stakeholders from various Business Units for their people engagement project initiatives.
Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and follows Shopee branding.
Works closely with the stakeholders to ensure that all designs and production deliverables are on track.
Creates both internal and external communication materials (i.e. posters, EDMs, and other visual aids) for internal announcements and Shopee Careers Page postings.
Provides creative advice to different requestors across various Business Units in driving departmental engagement activities (i.e. team building, town halls).
Provides logistical support in carrying out departmental and company-wide events (i.e. event management, ingress, egress).
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Communications, or any Multimedia-related course
Open to fresh graduates with impressive portfolio
Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud
Good written communication skills
Marketing background is preferred
