Basic Qualifications:
• College degree holder of BS/BA Psychology, HR Management, Organizational Development or General Sciences.
• With 5-10 years of Supervisorial or Managerial Experience.
• Must have extensive knowledge to labor standards, statutory benefits, employee engagement practices and other key HR processes.
• Should be capable in maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Have the ability to deal with all levels of people in the organization.
• Experience in Construction or Engineering Field is an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to work in Pasig
• To start immediately.
HR Manager will be responsible of the following:
• Design and implementation of Performance Management System.
• Management of Compensation and Benefits Program and ensures its compliance in government statutory requirements.
• Promotes employee personal and professional development through coaching and monitoring.
• Employee counseling and disciplining.
• Conducts exit interview for resigning employees and gives analysis and recommendations for the data gathered.
