Job Description:
· Responsible to conduct and HR hour with the employees.
· Responsible for coaching and mentoring of each employee who needs support.
· Responsible for collaborating with the managers in terms of performance appraisal.
· Responsible for appraisal monitoring and following up.
· Responsible to check the timekeeping.
· Responsible for training and development (proposal and tracing the progress).
· Responsible for recruitment such as sourcing, interviewing, sourcing, sending an offer and onboarding.
· Responsible for any Ad-hoc tasks that might come along the way.
Qualifications:
· At least 4-5 years of working experience in the related field.
· Required skills: Recruitment, Labor Relations, Timekeeping, Training and Development.
· Bachelor's/College Degree.
· We need someone who can do it full-time.
Salary Range : PHP 40,000 - 50,000
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9AM-6PM (Can be WFH set up or report to office depending on what will be agreed on)
