Description :
Facilitates recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up and onboarding.
Assists in the preparation and delivery of new employee orientation, benefits, payroll, leave management, and other related human resources documentation.
Responsible for assisting the Human Resources Department with various tasks as needed.
Responsible for performing various research-related tasks.
Responsible for backing the VP, Human Resources, and other members of the HR Team when not in office.
Acted as a primary point of contact between the HR department and various departments within the organization.
Assists in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinates employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
