Job Description
The HR Leader is responsible for leading and managing the effective implementation of organizational and people development programs and initiatives by putting in place operational and strategic HR systems and processes and providing holistic, timely, and efficient human resource services to attain the business's goals. The span of control will be across 2 BPO sites (Bacolod and Davao), with a total headcount of around 700 employees. This role will also manage an HR team of around 15 across both locations.
Qualifications:
College graduate: Degree in Psychology, Management Engineering, or related behavioral science.
HR professional certification is required.
15-20 years of work experience in the field of HR services, organizational and people development, with10 years in a leadership role
Must be a director or above to qualify
With strong experience designing and implementing people & culture and talent management programs for a growing workforce
In-depth exposure and understanding of the Business Processing Outsourcing industry
Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
Open to working the night shift
Open to being based in Davao or Bacolod
