Experience and knowledgeable of PH Labor Law or Labor Relations -Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and
change management
Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
Skilled in staff engagement and monitoring -Able to independently manage team members and cases, both internal and external
