Description
Ensures that needed manpower is provided, developed and maintained
Duties:
1. Develop policies, processes and programs for the following:
• Manpower Planning
• Manpower Acquisition
• Employee Learning and Development
• Organizational Development
• Employee and Labor Relations
• Employee Remuneration
• Records Management
• Employee's Health and Safety Assurance
2. Oversees/Leads the implementation of all HR Programs
3. Performs the following task as part of HR Program execution:
• Developing Hiring Plan
• Interviewing for Behavior-based competencies
• Conducting Job Offer
• Creating Salary Request
• Facilitating Training Programs/Learning Session
• Facilitating Admin Hearing
• Reviewing CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement)
• Proposing Salary Structure and Job Level
4. Ensures adherence and compliance of the company to the Labor Code of the Philippines
5. Ensures timely reporting of departmental concerns and issues
6. Prepares and submits HR reports (based on reports hierarchy)
People Management
1. Sets and evaluates the performance targets of subordinates
2. Addresses employee grievances and build positive working environment for the department
3. Implements necessary developmental intervention for subordinates
4. Performs role in hiring and promoting subordinates
5. Reviews and cascades departmental Work I's
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
Availability for travel: No
