HR ASSOCIATE
• Provide immediate actions and solutions for different issues and inquiries
• Create memos and policies for recruitment activities
• Monitors and disseminates recruitment calendar and activities
• Coordinates with administrative office for different requirements needed by new recruits onboarding
• Ensure administrative practices are in line with business objectives and company policies
• Conduct initial screening and requirement consolidation of new recruits
• Monitors and implements policies created and imposed by the company
• Provides administrative support services
• Prepares and create different reports
• Other task assigned by the immediate head.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
