Description
- Compiling and updating employee records- 201 file (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Daily Time Record, absences, leaves, etc)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Administers and scores applicant and employee aptitude, personality, and interest assessment instruments;
- Posting of job vacancies, and notifies eligible workers of position availability;
- Arranges for in-house and external training activities; and
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or any related field.
- Preferably, 2-year relevant working experience
- Provides effective and efficient support and assistance in handling administrative functions
- Respect the importance of confidentiality, as they will be dealing with employees' personal details;
- With Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Able to work accurately, with good attention to detail;
- Strong analytical, verbal/ written communication and interpersonal skills.
