Ensures that all confidential records / documents or information are secured and disclosed only upon prior approval and / or in accordance with the company policy.
Collects, monitors, and safe keeps all required documents submitted from time to time by the service providers; proper coordination and establish good partnership with the service providers.
Ensure that all training documentations are properly done, secured and updated.
Performs other related tasks as required.

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in HRDM or Psychology.
2. At least 2 years of working experience as Human Resources Assistant and 3-5 years as Human Resources Officer.
