Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance as to General Labor Standards/DOLE Inspection requirements.
- Communicates/Monitors with 3rd Party Providers as to the manpower requirement of the organization.
- Closely coordinate with line managers and supervisors as to manpower requirement deployment.
- Reviews Daily Time Record of 3rd Party Provider.
- Ensure the 3rd party complies with the remittance of SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth Contributions by reviewing submitted documents on a monthly basis.
- Monitors database of offenses and follows-up issuance of disciplinary actions.
- Maintains database of employees under 3rd Party Provider.
- Handles documents as to Labor Cases and attends hearing as may be required.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Equivalent
- With 1-2 years experience as HR Generalist - Timekeeping, Labor Relations
- Knowledgeable in Basic Labor Laws
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
