Directly Reporting to: General Manager
Principal Activities & Responsibilities
• Creates employee relations programs
• Responsible in any employee relation cases and labor cases.
• Conduct orientation for the newly hired employees and re-orientation for the old employees.
• Preparation of operating budget for HRD Department.
• Prepares payroll attendance every cut-off period.
• Initial interview of applicants
• Disseminates memorandum to all employees
• Route clearances of the separated employees
• Monitors attendance (tardiness and absences) of all employees
• Submits government reports such as SSS, Philhealth & HDMF
• Do filing
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
