Graduate from a Bachelor's degree program in human resources, psychology, behavioral science or related field
People oriented and results driven
Knowledge of HR Systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills and decision-making skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple HR Functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
Experience with recruitment and retention strategies, including performance management and succession planning.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Willing to be assigned in our client in: Compostela, Cebu
