General Qualifications:
Graduate in any Business related course, Human Resources or Psychology.
At least 3-5 years of work experience or relevant experience as HR supervisor / HR Head.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong supervisory and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Understanding accounting concepts, procedures , standards, rules and regulations.
A strong commitment to driving and attaining outcomes, and strong leadership abilities.
Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects and work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
On top of the HR Staff duties and responsibilities , assured that all functions are being complied follows:
Manpower Head Count / Master lists.
Severance of employees / Preparation of payroll , benefit and other tasks assigned.
Formulate benefit program / activities yearly calendar events for health and wellness and other activities that promotes camaraderie, teamwork and the like.
Training and Development
Onboarding of new employee
Training and workshop activity ( Yearly)
Make Training needs analysis
Overall in charge of the following:
Progressive Discipline
Performance Evaluation
Exit Interview
Manpower movements
Salary Structuring
Job Description and Specifications
Overall in charge for all administrative concerns;
Rentals
Payable schedule at the project related to internet, electricity, water bills and the like.
Issues memorandum for employee and announcement and any other related notices.
Recruitment , Selection and Placement
Evaluate all applications , sorting, scheduling
Manage in house job fairs / FB Page / Mynimo
Counseling, directing, leading all Supervisors and Managers /PIC/PM and Company Representative.
Guide all In terms of assessment of employees and other concerns related to HR Matters.
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and the following up on work results.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other tasks assigned thereof. Always coordinate with HR Officer / HR Consultants any concern arises from its duties and responsibilities.
