URGENT HIRING:
HR GENERALIST
Office Maintenance
Ensures orderliness and cleanliness in the entire office by closely monitoring the Utility/ Maintenance Staff
In-charge in reservation of the meeting rooms
Updates bulletin board such as: Memorandum and Announcement;
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Order Office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Employee’s Requirements
Ensures availability and prepares office tools for newly hires
Prepare documents for a candidate new employee
Prepare contracts for new employees
Conduct Job Offers - Information about job details such as benefits and condition
In-charge in production and distribution of Company ID
Conduct Orientation for newly Hired Employee’s
Follow up Employee’s requirement for updating
Records management
Ensures that all employee records are updated and on file
Keeps company and memorandums/ advisories on file
Update SSS, PhilHealth, etc of the employee
Recruitment
Consult with employers to identify need and preferred qualification
Interview applicants
Contact reference and perform background checks
Employee Relation
Gathers and validates data regarding incident reports for disciplinary action.
Make Notice to Explain for issuance to erring employees.
Conducts administrative hearings as may be required.
Drafts appropriate Notice of Decision, taking into consideration all documents and evidence gathered.
Implements and administer Disciplinary procedure in compliance with the company policy
Exit Management
Provides clearance form and guides separated employees (secured that the separated employee’s will returned company own in their position)
Validates company issued properties of separated employees and ensures to be noted and deducted on employee’s final pay, if applicable
HR Report Submission
Must report the Daily Attendance of the Employee
Memorandums tracker report
201 Folders Monitoring report
