PHILIPPINE SPRING WATER RESOURCES, INC. (Nature's Spring) . is urgently looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures smooth operation of Human Resource and Administration through providing responsive administrative and office support.
Monitors all records of the Human Resource department and ensures safekeeping of confidential information.
Perform a variety of duties to promote employees welfare such as resolving concerns on human relations and promoting employees interpersonal relationship which leads to employee satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field.
At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in human resources.
Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
Results-driven, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in handling employee and hr matters.
