HR GENERALIST
Type: Full-time, hybrid
Basic Salary: P20,000.00-P25,000.00
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer payroll processes, including timekeeping, salary computation, government deductions, and reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of attendance, schedules, and payroll-related records.
Prepare and file required statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and contract preparation.
Assist in employee relations, disciplinary actions, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with management to improve HR processes and address employee concerns.
Provide administrative support and assist in HR and payroll-related inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in any related field
At least one (1) year of experience in HR and related functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word)
Strong communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
Integrity and high ethical standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
