JOB DESCRIPTION
Brief Description:
The human resources (HR) Generalist manage the day-to-day operations of the human resource office of a company, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. HR departments generally handle employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer compensation and benefit preparation and reporting
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Undertake tasks around performance management
Responsible in Timekeeping and leaves monitoring
Prepare and issue company ID to employees
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, scan all employee documents and upload to HRIS for reference
Prepare Number of Days
Prepare Notice to Explain to employees who were late for the consecutive days in accordance to the employee handbook
Prepare, monitor, and assist HMO application to issuance
Release Cash Payroll
Assist HR Engagement in all HR activities
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Assist Paralegal for any legal transaction
Prepare quitclaim and last pay of employees
Print and prepare Certificate of Employment
Other tasks as may be assigned
