Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
At least 1-year experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
With Knowledge of HR function (pay & benefits, Lastpay, Booking and Travel Allowance)
With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proven and experience as an HR Officer.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Strong ethics and reliability.
Potential to handle a leadership role.

Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Performs routine task required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Supports the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintains employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
