JOB SUMMARY
 
Responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Their duties include the implementation of policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for
company employees.
 
The role assists the HR Manager with important functions in
areas of:
Employee Relations
Employee Engagement
Talent Acquisition
NETWORK OF INTERACTION
All Business Heads in assigned location
All employees in assigned location
Representatives of LGUs
Representatives of government agencies
Representatives of professional associations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth and new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources records for compliance
Provide an effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change and all other employee-relations matters
Coordinates with Payroll and Benefits for employee record updates
Assists in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development
Ensures that information on labor compliance and regulatory requirements are updated
Conducts employee orientations programmed by the HR Department
Performs other duties as may be assigned

MINIMUM JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of degree in Human Resources or any related course
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in HR work
