JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of BSBA major in Human Resources Development Management or BS/AB Psychology
Has competent communication skills
Computer literate
Must have a good sense of responsibility and initiative
With at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
With excellent oral and written communication skills
