HR GENERALIST
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding concerns, complaints, or workplace issues.
Monitor and address absenteeism patterns, tardiness, and other time-related issues.
Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
Handle employee disciplinary actions in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
Manage recruitment process for all open positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and hiring decisions.
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires to ensure smooth transitions into the company.
Promote workplace harmony by addressing conflicts and implementing solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology or a related field.
With Psychometrician or CHRA is highly preferred but not required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in HR, focusing on timekeeping, employee relations, labor relation, recruitment, or related fields.
Strong understanding in local labor laws, and regulations.
Knowledge of HRIS and timekeeping tools.
Familiarity with employee relations and dispute resolution processes.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
May require to travel between company sites, or warehouses.
